Title: Ice Cream Cookies

6tbButter
6tbConfectioners' sugar
1 Beaten egg yolk
1tsVanilla extract
1cFlour

Throughly cream butter and sugar; add egg yolk and vanilla; beat well. Add flour. Drop from teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. If desired, decorate with bits of candied fruit, nut meats, or candies. Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) 15 to 20 minutes. Makes 2 dozen cookies.
